Inside Our Bag Factory

Our workshop sits on a bag factory campus in Baigou, Hebei — a 3,000 sqm production floor with 35 production workers, supported by a 15-person export team in Tianjin. We turn out around 200,000 bags a year, and every order is inspected piece by piece before it ships.

Diaper bags run on the same lines as the rest of our work. Cutting, gluing the lining, sewing, hardware, handwork, inspection, packing — the same people, the same checks, whether the order is 50 pieces or 5,000.
